Angie's Kids/Pre-Teens/Teens On Camera Workshops
At Angie’s we love children. Our main goal is to instill confidence and self-esteem in each of our students. If your child is shy and needs more confidence or already is exhibiting an outgoing personality, our instructor will strive to develop a positive environment where your child will continue to grow. 14 Week On Camera Workshops that meet once a week either on Saturday’s or Wednesday evenings.
Workshop Objectives
- Integrating acting fundamentals and with the technique and rules of commercial camera to form a creative, productive performer.
- Challenging the students to extend and enhance their acting abilities in the many different performing media
- Educating and helping market the most professional, versatile actors for the local as well as international markets
- Encouraging the student to become more creative and learn acting as a business
- Developing confidence, self-esteem and awareness that creates poise and allows the child to display his or her natural charm! On & Off Camera!
They may take part in our AMTI Gala Showcase, held in May, where they have the opportunity to be seen by international agents, casting directors, independent film directors, producers, advertising agencies, photographers, etc. Over 400 guests and over 100 VIP’s attend our AMTI Gala Showcase.
Once your child completes their On Camera Workshops he or she will then become a member of our agency. We then will begin submitting your child for print work, television commercials and fashion shows. We have launched many national careers for children. Maybe your child will be our next superstar!
Note: This is an exclusive workshop - participants must be accepted by Angie’s through an audition process.
