How discovered: I was discovered at one of Angie’s yearly casting calls.

Awkward Modeling Moment: My most awkward moment modeling would have to be when I was modeling in Asia and was shooting a winter catalogue, and keep in mind all winter clothing is shot in the summer, so I was boiling modeling the clothes. Anyways, the team that was dressing me ended up having to get fan to try cooling me down, and then proceed to lather me with baby powder just to absorb the sweat…A little awkward moment for me as the 5 cute Asian women were giggling cause they were embarrassed they had to rub my body down.

Most Embarrassing Runway Mishap: My most embarrassing moment would definitely have to be while doing Project Runway Canada. Now if you had seen what my designer Jason made me do for the first challenge you would agree with me fully! He made a dress for the challenge that had the designers making an item of clothing to hang in the war museum. Jason (my designer) made me a tiger striped strapless dress that at the top of the runway he wanted me to use the extra fabric he had attached to cover myself when I crouched into a little ball on the ground. SO EMBARRASSING! I’ve never done anything like that and when I did it EVERYONE in the crowd laughed! Not to mention in rehearsal the dress kept falling down each time I did that “camouflage” trick.

Most Bizarre Modeling Experience: A bizarre moment I’ve had in modeling would have to be a serious issue I had had with a pair of shoes at my first runway show. The shoes were 2 sizes too big and the rolls of toilet paper were not holding the shoes on my feet. So I then had to resort to blowing little plastic bags up to fill space in the shoe so I could walk.

Favorite things: Family and friends for sure are number one on my list. Without them I don’t know what I would do! They are my support when I need it the most, and travelling overseas can be tough, but they were behind me every step of the way. Love you guys!

Favorite music, band: Oh…I don’t have a favorite band or music but if I had to pick… (only because I’d love to be one), would have to be the Pussycat Dolls! They are classy yet gorgeous, powerful women.

Favorite designers/models: My all time favorite model has got to be Alessandra Ambrosio. She’s a Victoria Secret model and I love her girl next door look! She’s simple and naturally beautiful.

Favorite foods: I think it could be due to the fact I spent so much time Asia, but I adore Chinese food!

Hobbies: Dancing ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, I love to dance!

Style after work and at play: I’m all about being comfy, as I’m a University student, but I also enjoy dressing up just to boost my confidence a little bit.

Movie you want to see next: I don’t know why but I’ve always had a little crush on Matthew Mcconaughey…I know! But he’s got a new movie coming out, so I’d like to drool while watching it…haha!

Dreams and Goals: I can’t wait to achieve my goals! My goals for this year are set to finish up school and get a job that I can enjoy and excel at. I have definitely achieved a goal I had set for modeling, which was to do something big that everyone could see me in. Doing Project Runway Canada was the most amazing moment!
